Misc :

1. If the Candidate has paid the money through credit card or Net banking, the candidate undertakes voluntarily that he / she will not dispute the payment or notify the designated bank for charge back, insisting that the bank to withhold or cancel the payment made to the consultant by the candidate. the candidate further undertakes to inform his / her banker that the payment made to the consultant is genuine and the transaction is an exception for his request to cancel or charge back the payment in his favour. This includes misuse and card loss cases either by him or through anyone else. The client agrees to co-operate with the consultant in this aspect, in case the consultant wishes to defend 7 represent the matter in there favour before any bank / authority.
2. The consultation charges by the consultant have no reference to the market charges and are as per the company standards to which the candidate agreed.Any claims after the registration, like charges being too expensive and such, would not be entertained and the applicant would have no right to contest the same as it was explained and expressed through all the source of  information ( welcome email / info ), and the client has been informed before registering.
3.  The application or visa processing fee paid to the authorities or any other charges is the liability of the candidate and is not included in the consultation charges of the consultant and will not entertain any claims of refund in case of a rejection.
4.  The candidate undertakes that he / she has been apprised to the usual waiting durations / average processing time, as appropriate to his process, and further that sauces waiting durations/ usual processing time solely depends on the convenience of processing visa office / appraisal body. The candidate also fully agrees and realises that he will never have any claims whatsoever on any sort of refund of the charge made on or off site, on the ground of the extended petition processing time periods.

This site is created and controlled by PINNACLE 1-DIRECTION which is based in Madurai, India as such the laws of India shall apply; courts in Madurai shall have jurisdiction in respect of all the terms, conditions and disclaimers. Use of pinnacle1direction.com and all the services provided therein is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, this paragraph. You agree to indemnify and hold PINNACLE 1-DIRECTION, it’s subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of or conduct on the Site.
